Enterprise Solutions

Your ERP should run your business,
not fight it.

We implement SAP S/4HANA and Oracle Fusion for mid-market and enterprise organisations — with the change management and adoption planning baked in from day one, not bolted on after a painful go-live.

What we do

ERP services that cover the full programme

From discovery and system selection through to go-live, hypercare and long-term support — under one engagement with one team.

Needs Analysis & Roadmap

We map your current processes, identify gaps, and design a phased roadmap before any vendor is selected — so the platform serves the business, not the other way around.

  • Current-state process mapping
  • Gap and redundancy analysis
  • Platform-agnostic vendor scoring
  • Phased implementation roadmap

ERP Implementation

Full programme delivery from business blueprint through configuration, data migration, integration and training — with clear milestones and no surprises.

  • Business blueprint and fit-gap
  • Module configuration and testing
  • Master data preparation and migration
  • Cutover planning and execution

Custom Development

When standard configuration isn't enough, we write the ABAP, BADI, or Oracle PL/SQL to extend the platform — properly documented and maintainable by your internal team.

  • ABAP and BADI development (SAP)
  • Oracle Fast Formula and BI Publisher
  • Custom report and form design
  • API and middleware development

Training & Adoption

ERP projects fail on adoption, not technology. We build role-based training programmes, user guides and helpdesk support structures alongside the technical delivery.

  • Role-based training workshops
  • Process documentation and SOPs
  • Hypercare and post-go-live support
  • Ongoing managed services retainer

03

Development & Integration

Custom code, API integrations, legacy data migration, and interface testing across connected systems.

Training & UAT

Role-based training, user acceptance testing, and cutover rehearsal before any production switch.

Why Cloud Universe

Why clients choose us for ERP work

Change management is not optional

We include change management in every ERP engagement by default — because go-live failure is almost always an adoption failure, not a technical one.

Fixed-scope, fixed-price proposals

We define scope precisely before signing. You won't receive a change order for something we should have anticipated in the blueprint phase.

No disappearing after go-live

Every ERP project includes 30-day hypercare at no extra charge. Most clients stay on a support retainer afterward — because the system keeps evolving.

FAQ

Common questions about ERP projects

How long does an ERP implementation take?

A Zoho Books deployment for an SMB might take 6–10 weeks. A mid-market SAP S/4HANA implementation covering Finance, MM and SD typically runs 4–8 months. Full Oracle Fusion programmes for larger organisations can run 9–18 months. We provide a phased roadmap with milestones in the proposal.

Can you take over a stalled or failed ERP project?

Yes — we've rescued several troubled programmes. The first step is a rapid assessment: we review existing configuration, data state, project documentation, and team capacity, then propose a remediation plan. Stalled projects usually need a scoping reset before any additional work begins.

Do you handle data migration from legacy systems?

Yes. Data migration is one of the most underestimated parts of an ERP project. We handle extraction from legacy systems, cleansing and deduplication, transformation to the new data model, and validation. We always run at least two full mock migrations before cutover.

What happens if the scope changes mid-project?

We manage scope changes through a formal change request process. If something new is in scope, we assess the impact on timeline and cost, document it, and get written approval before proceeding. We never expand scope without agreement, and we don't charge for things we should have anticipated in the blueprint.
